Samsung introduces a revolutionary new concept: a round Cassette. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also eliminates one of the main problems of a square ceiling cassette: direct draughts. Due to a phenomenon known as the ‘Coandă effect’ (whereby a flow of air attaches itself to the curve of a nearby surface – then retains this direction even when the airflow leaves the airconditioner), the new Samsung 360 Cassette directs airflow 360° horizontally and evenly. This not only means no

direct draughts but also 25% greater airflow due to there being no blade to obstruct air.

Warranty –  is only valid if the product is serviced at a minimum of every six months by the installing approved dealer.  Should the product be installed in corrosive environments, the necessary precautions must be taken by the purchaser to protect the product from corrosion and must be serviced monthly. If the product is installed in very dusty or dirty environments, servicing should be done as often as monthly should conditions require.  Services are payable by the client.

Warranty Period – 2 Years on the unit and 5 Years on the compressor, subject to all Terms and Conditions.

Installation – A site visit would have to be arranged in order to quote on the installation.  (Not a standard unit)
