Installation – Wall Split Airconditioning Units – Aluminium – 30000 & 36000 BTU

Installation Inclusions:-

• Back – Back Installation – Indoor unit within 3m of Outdoor unit (Aluminium Piping / Pipe Insulation/ Cable)
• Bracket for Outdoor unit (If Required)
• Installation to a maximum height of 3 metres above ground level
• Drilling of one hole for piping – Hole will be filled but not painted

Any additional requirements (In addition to the above) would be quoted for which will include but are not limited to the following:-

• Any additional piping and cabling as per above / additional electrical cable (Isolator to be within 2 metres from the condensor and within view of the condensor)
• Any additional labour or additional travel costs
• Trunking and Drainage Piping
• External isolators or additional electrical work
• Scaffolding

Exclusions:-

• Electrical Connection to the DB Board – Isolation switches are a regulation requirement.  A qualified electrician must install an isolator at clients cost.  (You can use your own electrician or use one of our recommended electrician’s)  –  (Existing power points can be used up to 18000 BTU/hr units, provided the circuit is not overloaded with other appliances.  Should the existing point not be usable a dedicated electrical connection would be required.  (This is for client’s account)
• Any painting, building or civil works.
• Removal of Exisiting units
